The half liter format is practical for daily domestic use, to enhance dishes with raw seasoning such as salads or perfect on grilled meat. The greenish color is typical of new oil and for us the best tasting is absolutely on toasted bread with a pinch of salt and a paste of garlic. Exceptional!
